NEBRASKA CITY - The Nebraska City City Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. on Monday.

The agenda includes the High Level Promotions agreement for raising funds to build a soccer and baseball complex on north 19th Street and Little Ted’s Pub liquor license for the chamber of commerce  banquet on Jan. 18.

Trevor Rae Plympton, Jordan Dierking, Jimmie Fred Hockett II and Neri Palacios Almarez will be introduced as new firefighters.

The First Baptist Church requests used of a portion of Seventh Street for its sports challenge and inner in July.

Mayor Bryan Bequette will recognize Kregel Windmill Company Museum for receiving the National Historic Landmark designation.

In the sports complex agreement, High Level Promotions is authorized to contact high-profile, like-minded businesses to raise funds. The promotions company would offer naming rights and sponsorships for the complex.
