Candidate list grows for Auburn mayor

AUBURN - The Nemaha County elections office reports the latest in election filings.

Marvin Bohling has filed for the Republican nomination for county commissioner.

Stephanie Holmes has filed for mayor of Auburn

Dawna Hall has filed for Auburn City Council Ward 3

 The Auburn mayor ticket will be on the May primary ballot as there are three candidates. The top 2 candidates will be on the general election ballot.

Mayor candidates are incumbent  Chris Erickson, Gary Nerison and Holmes.

NEBRASKA CITY- The latest Otoe County filings include Clint Martin of Nebraska City for District 2 Otoe County Board. He is running against incumbent Rick Freshman.

Also running are incumbents Jerad Sornson and Chuck Cole.

Christina Smallfoot has filed for re-election as county assessor and Mike Ziksey has filed for public defender.

Nate Patton has filed for Syracuse City Council and Anna Damme of Talmage has filed for Syracuse School Board.
