Charges filed in Nebraska City drug buys
Nebraska State Patrol conducts investigation
NEBRASKA CITY- Daniel Lipe, 37, of Nebraska City is charged with delivery in Otoe County.
A Nebraska State Patrol affidavit says a confidential informant purchased morphine pills with $100 of drug funds at a Fifth Corso residence on Dec. 5, 2024 and with $120 on March 21. The affidavit says the confidential informant purchased morphine and Percocet pills with $250 on June 13, but the purported Percocet pills were identified as Oxycodone by the lab.
Rebecca Lipe, 57, of Nebraska City is also charged with delivery on Feb. 21.
An arrest warrant says a confidential informant arranged to buy morphine pills from Daniel Lipe, but was met by Rebecca Lipe at the door and obtained 24 morphine pills from her.
