SYRACUSE – The Syracuse City Council is scheduled to meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at city hall.

The agenda includes chickens within city limits, the waste water treatment facility plan and Seventh Street bridge replacement.

Street closures and a liquor license for the Otoe County Fair and a request for no parking on Locust Street west of 721 Sixth Street are also on the agenda.

A closed session is expected, as well a motion to add attorney Scott Smith of the Brandt Horan Law Firm to the approved list for city attorney.
