Sheriff's office says methamphetamine was found in clothing at Syracuse hospital

UNADILLA - Jayme Baran, 35, of Las Vegas, Nev., is charged with possession in Otoe County on Oct. 6.

Court records say a sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a personal injury accident on Highway 2 near Road 24 where a car had crashed into a guard rail.

Baran was a passenger in the vehicle and the deputy says methamphetamine was found in his pocket at Syracuse Area Health.

Also in Otoe County court, Timothy Good, 46, of Bellevue is charged with terroristic threats on Aug. 24.

Nebraska City police arrested Good near 14th Corso and Fifth Street.
