FALLS CITY - Donnell Moseley Jr., 22, of Gladstone, Mo., was sentenced in Richardson County to 30 months probation.

A Richardson County sheriff’s deputy told the court that he stopped a Chevrolet Suburban on Highway 75 in June of 2023 and  found five large duffle bags containing dozens of food sealer bags of marijuana totaling 103 pounds. Moseley was a passenger in the vehicle, but had an active arrest warrant out of Oklahoma. Residents of Wichita, Kan, were also arrested.

 Taylor Rogers, 29, of Falls City was sentenced to 18 months probation for attempted possession on Jan. 30.

A Richardson County sheriff’s deputy searched an East 21st Street apartment in Falls City and told the court residue of illegal drugs was found in plastic bags. Rogers denied possession of the bags, but the deputy says they were found in proximity to Rogers’ belongings. A charge alleging child neglect was dismissed.

Travone Stanfield, 38, of Omaha was sentenced in Otoe County to 18 months probation for possession of more than a pound of marijuana on Nov. 18.

A state trooper pulled over a GMC Terrain on Highway 75 and says marijuana was found.

Chelsea Christiansen, 36, of Lincoln was sentenced to 18 months probation for attempted possession of methamphetamine and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on Nov. 26.

An Otoe County sheriff’s deputy told the court the incident occurred at a Fifth Corso trailer house in Nebraska City.
