OMAHA, Neb. -- Omaha officials say they are investigating a shooting that killed one person Thursday morning. 

The Omaha Police Department said officers were called around 2:45 a.m. to the 1700 block of Oakwood Circle for a shooting. 

The found one victim, 27-year-old Adrrell Taylor of Omaha, who was taken to a local hospital by the Omaha Fire Department. 

Taylor was declared dead at the hospital. 

This is an ongoing investigation.
