FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests through June 12, including three felony drug arrests.

Rocky R. Paxson, 53, of  Falls City was arrested on a Richardson County warrant alleging possession and unlawful acts related to drugs. The sheriff’s office says Paxson was also arrested on fresh charges of possession and resisting arrest.

An arrest affidavit says deputies arrived July 3 at a McLean Street residence to direct Paxson and 54-year-old Amy Settrini to vacate the property. Deputies say methamphetamine, other controlled substances, pipes and needles were found in the house.

Settrini  is suspected of possession and destruction of evidence.

 

Dellshawn E. Evans, 37, Aurora, Colo., is suspected of driving under suspension, possession with intent to deliver, possession of less than a pound of marijuana and possession of drug money. The sheriff’s office says he is also wanted on an Omaha police warrant.

A Humboldt man was arrested July 7 for suspicion of terroristic threats and child abuse.

There were seven  arrests for failure to appear or pay costs, two court  commitments, one disturbing the peace and one driving under revocation.
