NEBRASKA CITY – The Otoe County Sherriff’s Office made two arrests Thursday evening after serving a search warrant at a Syracuse residence.

Ryan Kurtzer, 41, and Carrie Sealock, 44, are suspected of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.

Sheriff Colin Caudill said the arrests are the result of a narcotics investigation that is ongoing.

Kurtzer, who is also charged with possession of a deadly weapon, was sentenced to 117 days in jail in 2020, after entering a plea to possession. Court records say an arrest warrant was issued in May after he failed to appear for a time pay hearing.
