Auburn plans outage Thursday morning

AUBURN - The Auburn Board of Public Works announced a planned power outage in Auburn Thursday as the electric utility rolls over to new power lines. The outage is planned from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. It will impact 23rd and 24th streets between O and P.
