FALLS CITY – Sexual assault charges have been dropped in a Richardson County District Court against Travis Sherman, 42, of Wahoo.

In a plea agreement, Sherman entered pleas of no contest to burglary and false imprisonment on July 26.

Court records say a Falls City woman made allegations against Sherman after a July 28 incident, where police responded to a report of a break-in in progress. Neighbors told police they saw a man crawl into a window and shut it behind him.

Police went to the residence on Wilson Street and found Sherman inside.
