Charges Filed In Highway 75 Traffic Fatality

FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Attorney’s Office has filed charges related to a Feb. 19 traffic fatality on Highway 75.

Ty Goodell, 20, of Delaware, Okla., is charged in the death of 69-year-old Robert Hansen of Lincoln.

 

 

A sheriff’s office press release said Hansen’s Chevrolet pickup and a Dodge Ram pickup driven by Goodell collided near the Richardson and Nemaha county border. Goodell was pulling a flatbed trailer.

An obituary published online says Hansen was survived by his wife, three children and four grandchildren.

Goodell is also charged with reckless driving, driving without CDL and brake and tire deficiencies.
