An warrant says 21-year-old Brooke Vilcinskas was hitching a ride on Highway 75 while firefighters were called to extinguish the burning Ford F-250 and a grass fire. The truck had been reported stolen out of Rockport, Mo.
Deputies say Vilcinskas was a passenger in the truck that got stuck in the mud and started a grass fire trying to get out.
