K9 Unit Finds Butane Hash Oil

SIDNEY – Fremont County Sheriff Kevin Aistrope reports an Interstate 29 traffic stop that led to arrests for illegal drugs.

The Fremont County K9 Unit arrested 28-year-old Matthew Gingell of Mission, Kan., and 23-year-old Mikayla Croskell of Lee Summit, Mo., On Tuesday evening.

Gingell and Croskell were arrested after a traffic stop near the Iowa and Missouri border.

 
A sheriff’s office press release says deputies located drug paraphernalia, marijuana and THC Butane Hash Oil.

Both Croskell and Gingell were transported to  the Fremont County Law Enforcement Center. 

Croskell is being held with a $1,000 bond and Gingell with a $1,000  bond and a hold for Olathe, Kan.
