Grassroots event seeks to cover Nebraska highways with symbols of unity to commemorate 25th anniversary of 9/11

A tribute that first took shape in Southeast Nebraska five years ago is once again in the works, seeking to share a message of unity 25 years after the 9/11 attacks.
