Fatality accident near North Platte
NEBRASKA CITY- Nebraska 511 reports completely covered roads from Offut Air Force Base to Nebraska City and west on Highway 2 to Bennet. Highway 128 from Highway 75 to Highway 50 is also covered.
Roads south to Humboldt are listed as partially covered.
The Nebraska State Patrol handled dozens of weather-related incidents Thursday, including a fatality accident near North Platte.
The Otoe County Sheriff's Office said travel is not advised in a Facebook post Friday morning. The sheriff says the roads have treated, but the treatment is activated by sunlight.
