Domestic violence cases filed in Otoe County

 NEBRASKA CITY- Monty Eaton, 59, of Nebraska City is charged in Otoe County with child abuse, terroristic threats and false imprisonment on July 25.

A Nebraska City police affidavit says officers were dispatched to a Seventh Avenue residence. Eaton is accused of attempting to forcibly shave a juvenile’s head, making threats and preventing him from leaving a room.

Kyle Selemon, 23, of Talmage is charged with child abuse and assault on July 27.

An Otoe County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says a woman and her father were injured in an assault at an Eldon Street residence.

A $50,000 bond was set in county court.

Daniel Snyder, 42, of Otoe is charged with domestic violence on July 21.

A woman told investigators she was struck and kicked after confronting Snyder about a video she found on his phone.
