TECUMSEH - John Hanley, 50, of Lincoln is charged in Johnson County with sexual assault of a child in December of 2013.

A Johnson County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says a juvenile, who was born in 2007, reported an assault in 2022 and the juvenile’s mother said her daughter again reported assaults in 2024. The juvenile was interviewed at the Child Advocacy Center in Lincoln. The girl reported depression and mental health complications stemming from sexual assaults beginning when she was six years old.

Tyler Ricker, 58, of Talmage is charged with a felony in a complaint that he issued a $7,000 check to Adam Johnson without sufficient funds.

Derek West, 41, of Auburn is charged with assault on Nemaha County sheriff’s deputies on May 27.
