Sheriff suspects habitual criminal enhancement

FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests through Sunday, including a Falls City man suspected of possession of methamphetamine and THC wax.

Kyle Wissler, 39, is also suspected of habitual criminal, identity fraud, failure to deliver title and vehicle document violations.

The sheriff reports the arrest of a 64-year-old Humboldt woman and a 51-year-old Adams man for driving under the influence. There were five arrests for driving under suspension or revocation.

 

 

The sheriff’s office also reports an immigration hold on Lucas Juarez-Batz, 23, of Holton, Kan.

He was arrested in Richardson County on a failure to appear charge.
