Probation ordered in Falls City cases

FALLS CITY- Probation was ordered in Richardson County cases involving bad checks and possession.
Lisa Radley, 44, of Hiawatha, Kan., was sentenced to two years probation for attempted bad check in April of 2023.
Court records say Falls City Mercantile received checks for $2,000 in April of 2023, $1,500 in July of 2023 and $1,500 on Sept. 1 of 2023 and $1,500 on Sept. 4 for payment for food and restaurant supplies. Prosecutors say the checks totaling $6,500 were on insufficient funds. Restitution to Falls City Mercantile was ordered.
Tammy Spargo, 51, of Burns Flat, Okla., was sentenced to 18 months probation for possession on Aug. 30. A Richardson County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says methamphetamine was found in a Highway 75 traffic stop.
Jaiden Waggoner, 23, of Falls City was sentenced to 30 months probation for possession on Aug. 3.
Prosecutors say deputies responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 75 and found Waggoner’s car parked a quarter mile from the highway. An affidavit says deputies found Waggoner asleep with a pipe with meth residue in his hand.
