FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests through Nov. 6, including possession and weapon charges.

Kif Buis, 55, of Falls City was arrested for suspicion of possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a playground.

Marty Foster, 50, of Falls City is suspected of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a deadly weapon while committing a felony,

Whitney Farr, 28, of Horton, Kan., Richard Weaver, 75, of Falls City, and Justin Mattox, 33, of Salem are suspected of possession.

Aidan Wilkinson, 20, of Humboldt was arrested on a Richardson County warrant alleging fraud and criminal impersonation.

An arrest affidavit says the sheriff’s office executed a search warrant at a Wilson Street residence on Oct. 31 and arrested Buis after 5 grams of methamphetamine was found. The affidavit alleges doses of methamphetamine for 25 uses and alleges that 5 grams is a quantity for a low-level dealer in the Falls City area.

The affidavit says deputies also contacted Robert Moyer, 47, of Falls City related to the case. Moyer was arrested for suspicion of possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person and a habitual criminal enhancement.
