TECUMSEH -  The Johnson County Attorney’s Office has filed a motion Friday to dismiss charges of sexual assault against a 19-year-old Douglas man.

The man was 18 when charges were filed in June of 2023. The Douglas man earlier entered a not guilty plea to allegations in Sterling.
