Probation ordered for Vice

FALLS CITY - Stephanie Vice, 42, of Falls City was sentenced to 18 months probation for possession on Nov. 28.

The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a Crook Street residence in Falls City and detained Vice. An arrest affidavit says meth was found including in a plastic container under the bathroom sink that Vice denied knowledge about.

Vice is also charged in Richardson County with burglary of a Harlan Street residence and theft of medicine belonging to Richard Newland on Jan. 2. She has entered a not guilty plea in that case.
