FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests following narcotic investigations in Falls City and Humboldt.

A sheriff’s office press release says deputies seized evidence of meth distribution after searching properties in both cities.

The sheriff’s office also reports 13 arrests through Friday, including 62-year-old Mark Bratrsovsky of Humboldt and 68-year-old Kyle Embretson of Falls City for suspicion of distribution.

The Richardson County Sheriff's Office has been following up on several methamphetamine investigations that occurred at the end of January 2024.

Follow-up investigation resulted in search warrants at two properties in Richardson County, one north of Falls City and one in Humboldt.
Deputies located methamphetamine, fentanyl patches, concentrated THC, marijuana, and five firearms.

  4. Possession of a Controlled Substance-Concentrated THC (Class 4 Felony)
  5.  Maintaining a Drug House (Class 3 Misdemeanor)
