Sheriff reports delivery to a minor arrest

FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports 12 arrests through Jan. 16 including two possession and one delivery charge.
Daniel Cash, 48, of Humboldt is suspected of delivering of a controlled substance to a minor, possession of a firearm during a felony drug violation, possession with intent to distribute, intentional child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
He was arrested Sunday.
There were two drug arrests on Jan. 12.

Tiannie D. Alexander, 29, and Steven R. Mackey, 56, both of Dawson, are suspected of possession.
The sheriff’s office also arrested a Horton, Kan., man and a 67-year-old Falls City man for violation of Nebraska’s sex offender registry.
Joshua Bachman, 49, of Humboldt is suspected of failure to pay sales tax and possession of a forged instrument.
A 54-year-old Falls City man and 36-year-old Hiawatha, Kan., man are suspected of driving under the influence.
