Six felonies filed in Cass County so far in 2024

PLATTSMOUTH - There are six felony cases filed in Cass County so far in 2024.
David Brown Jr., 35, of Omaha is charged with terroristic threats and strangulation on Jan. 1.
Plattsmouth police responded to a Main Street disturbance. Brown gave police a different version of what happened compared to a woman who said she was choked and threatened.
Travis Warren, 35, of Union is charged with false imprisonment and suffocation on Jan. 1.
An arrest affidavit says deputies called an ambulance to a Union residence on Jan. 1 for injuries to a woman there. Deputies say it appears a door to the residence had been separated from the frame to gain entry into the house. A woman told deputies she had been struck multiple times in the face and was strangled and was not allowed to leave.
An Thanh Lu, 45, of Roseville, Minn., is charged with possession Jan. 1. A Cass County sheriff’s deputy told the court that methamphetamine was found prior to an impound tow following a Highway 75 traffic stop.
William Bullock, 41, is charged with forgery on Nov. 14. A Plattsmouth police detective says a $1,605 fraudulent check was passed to Main Street Jewelers for a gold ring with diamonds.
Rey De Jesus, 38, of Omaha is charged with third degree sexual assault of a child on May 18.
An affidavit says a girl reported touching on top of her clothing. She described incidents when she was 13 or 14 years old in a Project Harmony interview.
Fay Adams, 59, of Murdock is charged with possession on Oct. 16. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office assisted US Probation with a search of a residence in Murdock. Five zip lock bags with meth were found.
