 FALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports arrests through Dec. 1 including a sexual assault charge and nine arrests for possession.

Eric Morgenstern, 33, of Falls city is suspected of first degree sexual assault.

Court records say Morgenstern is accused of nonconsensual sex on Nov. 18. A $100,000 bond was set prior to a Dec. 6 court hearing.

Rachel Carter, 45, of Falls City is suspected of possession and maintaining a drug house on Nov. 30.
