AUBURN – The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office reports a farm fatality on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 2.

Deputies were notified of an individual that had been injured in a tractor accident on a farmstead west of Indian Cave State Park near 720 Road.

The press release says 75-year-old Ronald Shubert was killed in the accident.

The Falls City Ambulance Service and Richardson County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene.

A funeral service is scheduled Sept. 8 at the Shubert Christian Church.
