Sheriff: meth sold to confidential informant

FALLS CITY – The list of charges against 27-year-old Janeen Moyer of Humboldt grew this week.
Moyer was held at the Richardson County jail when a warrant was issued for her arrest Monday on allegations of delivery of methamphetamine from her residence at 704 Nemaha St., which prosecutors say is within 1,000 feet of a school.
An arrest affidavit says a confidential informant purchased meth from Moyer while Moyer was out of custody on two felony bonds, including a conspiracy to distribute.
Moyer is scheduled for a court hearing July 25 on a conspiracy charge in October and is scheduled for arraignment Aug. 1 on a previous delivery charge.
She was fined $500 in June for attempted possession last July. In that case, Richardson County sheriff’s deputies searched 704 and 716 Nemaha Street residences and say they found a pipe with meth residue in Moyer’s bedroom.
Court records say Moyer posted bail in March on a delivery charge and allegedly sold to a confidential informant five days later.
