Slama: four bills advance
State senator encourages Nebraska as leader in digital currency

LINCOLN - State Sen. Julie Slama tweeted Thursday that four of her bills passed first-round debate.
She said LBs 68, 93, 94 and 536 cut red tape and protect consumer interests in banking and insurance.
LB94 adopts a legal framework from the Uniform Law Commission. She said it builds on Nebraska current law to cement Nebraska as a leader in digital currency.
