FALLS CITY – Kristy Keller, 49, of Falls City was sentenced Tuesday to 18 months probation for possession of methamphetamine in September of 2021.

She was also sentenced to time served of six days for obstructing a peace officer and fined $100 for paraphernalia.

At trial, five Richardson County sheriff’s deputies testified. She was found guilty of possession of meth, but found not guilty of possession of a deadly weapon alleging a knife and brass knuckles.

Keller was arrested after sheriff’s deputies searched a McLean Street residence. They say they found two plastic bags with .1 gram of meth inside of each.
