Johnson County Museum looks forward to 2023 WanderNebraska program

TECUMSEH - The Johnson County Historical Society reports a successful year with the Nebraska Passport Program.
Society President Sarah Williamson said there were 2,475 museum visitors from May through September as documented by official Nebraska Passport records. The museum was part of the program in 2017 and had 1,533 visitors.
Williamson said the increase of nearly 1,000 visitors exceeded expectations. Williamson said the entire county experienced an influx of visitors and sales because of the program.
The Johnson County Museum will be part of the Nebraska State Historical Society Foundation’s WanderNebraska 2023 program as well.
