NEBRASKA CITY -  A portion of Central Avenue is barricaded off this morning for filming of the movie Snack Shack.

A filming notice posted downtown says cars representing the 1991 time frame will be parked downtown.

Downtown customers and employees are asked to park modern cars away from side streets, so they are not seen during filming.

City Administrator Lou Leone said the film schedule was for the west side of 11th Street today, but, due to the rain Monday morning, the scene was moved to the east side between 10th and Seventh streets.

There are two more downtown scenes, including the west side of 11th Street and a scene at Brown's Shoes, planned prior to the estimated completion date of Sept. 2.
