Library hosts improv class

NEBRASKA CITY - BLIXT and the Nebraska Community Foundation are sponsoring a free improvisation workshop at the Morton-James Public Library on Tuesday, Aug. 9. Call the library before Aug. 5 to enroll youth ages 7 to 14 for the workshop that runs 10 a.m.
