Warrant issued for sexual assault suspect
Lincoln man suspected of breaking in and assaulting a woman despite a protection order

NEBRASKA CITY – An Otoe County court has issued an arrest warrant for a Lincoln man suspected of a June 12 burglary and sexual assault at a Nebraska City residence.
Jeremy Kudron, 45, is suspected of breaking into the residence in rural Nebraska City despite a Feb. 18 protection order. He is charged with terroristic threats and false imprisonment. An arrest affidavit says the alleged victim resisted sexual violence.
The affidavit says she told investigators that Kudron threatened to kill her and her children if she went to the police.
