NEBRASKA CITY - An arrest warrant has been issued for a Brock man accused of reckless driving in an incident where his girlfriend fell from the hood of the car he was driving on Jade Road near Nebraska City.

A complaint filed in Otoe County Court says Patrick Hrouda, 26, is suspected domestic assault and failure to stop and render aid.

Court records say 27-year-old Alysia Warren was treated for injuries to her arms and legs after she fell from the car.

The woman told police she was forced from the vehicle and was trying to gather her belongings. She said she grabbed onto the hood as the car was accelerating away, but fell to the road surface.

Police say Hrouda and Warren had argued prior to the incident near the intersection of highways 2 and 75.
