WEEPING WATER - Cass County Sheriff William Brueggemann reports a two-vehicle injury accident at Kerford Limestone Company.
Weeping Water Fire and Rescue responded with Cass County Medics Friday afternoon to an underground mine.
Plattsmouth Communications advised that one patient was unconscious. Deputies and rescue squads arrived on scene. Deputies were advised they could not go in the mine.
The first driver Mark C. Stubbendeck, 65, of Syracuse was transported to UNMC in Omaha by LifeNet for his injuries. The second driver of the was checked out by medical personnel and released.
