Possession charges after Richardson County stop

 

 

FALLS CITY – Richardson County deputies arrested an Omaha woman on drug charges following a Feb. 1 traffic stop.

Brittney N. King is suspected of possession of methamphetamine, Xanax and concentrated THC. A sheriff’s office press release says she had no insurance, was driving on a suspended license with no valid registration and had an open alcohol container around 9 a.m.

King is also charged in Douglas County with no valid registration, no proof of insurance and no operator’s license on Nov. 7. Court records say she failed to appear in court on Jan. 17.
