Police say prescription a fraud

NEBRASKA CITY - Robert Krueger, 59, of Omaha is charged in Otoe County with attempting to pass a fraudulent prescription at the Nebraska City Walgreens.

Police say the prescription for codine for an Omaha man from an MD named Rahul Singh, but the healthcare provider says it does not have a prescriber by that name.
