Open container search yields methamphetamine

FALLS CITY – Jacqueline Collier, 45, of Goff, Kan., is charged with methamphetamine following a Highway 75 traffic stop in Richardson County.

An arrest affidavit says Goff gave a sheriff’s deputy permission to search for open alcohol containers. The deputy told the court he found three plastic bags containing at total of 1.2 grams of meth.
