SYRACUSE - An Omaha man is charged with possession and resisting arrest after apparently mistaking the Syracuse High School for a medical clinic.
Court records say David Patino Juarez, 35, is suspected of dispensing methamphetamine and resisting arrest on Oct. 25.
An arrest affidavit says school officials called deputies when Juarez was in the school office. A deputy attempted to escort him to the medical clinic, but he turned off. After a traffic stop, the deputy says, Juarez handed him a pipe with meth residue.
