By News Channel NebraskaFALLS CITY - The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 72-year-old Rulo man for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
A sheriff’s office press release says the sheriff’s office expects a charge to be filed in county court alleging possession of hydrocodone.
William McGinnis was arrested on Thursday.
