Butrick sentenced to jail time for assault

FALLS CITY – Jeremy Butrick, 34, of Falls City was sentenced to 364 days in jail for domestic assault and tampering with a witness in July of 2020. He was given credit for 222 days already served.

Butrick was arrested on allegations that he used threats to force a babysitter away from a one-year-old child she was watching. The mother called police when she found the door open to the residence and the child there alone.
