FALLS CITY – An arrest affidavit filed in the distribution charges against a Falls City couple outlines a narcotics investigation and claims the distribution of 351 grams of methamphetamine out of a Falls City apartment.

Daniel Lock, 33, and Taylor Zimmerling, 25, were charged last week with possession of over 140 grams. This is a new charge following a June 3 allegation of possession of over 28 grams.

The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office investigation alleges that Zimmerling and Lock acquired between 406 and 434 grams of meth between Jan. 6 and June 2.

That amount does not include the 55 grams found at the time of their arrest in June.

The sheriff’s office says Zimmerling and Lock distributed at least 351 grams while living at the Burbank Apartments in Falls City.

An arrest affidavit contains the allegations in the following timeline. The affidavit only contains the investigator’s version of events and law enforcement’s conclusions about the evidence that the investigator chose to focus on. Zimmerling and Lock have not been to trial regarding these allegations. Under Nebraska law, Zimmerling and Lock are innocent of these allegations.
