NEBRASKA CITY – Felony charges have recently been filed in Otoe County alleging illegal possession of mental stimulants and weapons.
A Talmage woman is charged with possession of Xanax and a concealed weapon on July 23.
An arrest affidavit says police stopped a Chevrolet Malibu driven by 26-year-old Brooke Clemens on 11th Corso and searched the vehicle. Police say Xanax pills, a machete with a 15-inch blade and a make-shift hammer were found.
Nebraska City police arrested Ross Incontro, 33, of Nebraska City on drug charges following a July 18 traffic stop.
An arrest affidavit says the Otoe County Sheriff’s Office provided a K9 sniff and a search of Incontro’s vehicle yielded methamphetamine and an amphetamine pill.
An Omaha teen is charged in Otoe County with possession of the brain stimulant Adderall following a July 17 traffic stop.
A Nebraska City police affidavit says a pill was found in a vehicle driven by Heath Victor, 19, after a stop on Orchard Drive.
Adderall is a treatment for attention deficit disorders, but is controlled because of a risk of abuse.
