PLATTSMOUTH - Cass County Sheriff William Brueggemann reports an arrest in Eagle on Friday following what he describes as a two-week, intensive investigation.

Arrested were Chase Bass, age 26, and Jay Guy, age 24, both of Lincoln. Bass had two outstanding Lancaster County warrants, one charge being a weapons allegation and the other for possession of controlled substance. Guy was arrested on an outstanding theft warrant from Lancaster County.

A search warrant for the residence was obtained after contraband located, during the incident to the arrest. Additional local charges are expected.
