Arrest made after probation search

FALLS CITY – The Richardson County Sheriff’s Office reports an arrest following a probation search at a Morton Street residence in Falls City.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested 36-year-old Paige Frederick for suspicion of possession, unlawful acts related to drugs and paraphernalia.
Frederick was sentenced to four years probation after charges of over 10 grams of methamphetamine were reduced. Charges of possession of money during a drug violation and possession were dismissed.
Frederick started her new probation sentence on Jan. 19. She was previously on probation in March when sheriff’s deputy searched a residence in Rulo and found 10 grams of meth.

In separate search warrant, the sheriff’s office also reports the possession arrest of 33-year-old Colby Elms of Falls City.
