FALLS CITY – Four counts of delivery of methamphetamine have been filed against 37-year-old Deidra Kirkendall of Falls City.

Court records say the Richardson County sheriff stopped Kirkendall near Rulo and arrested her Nov. 26 on a federal probation warrant.

Court records say a Q-tip that tested positive for meth was found at the county jail among her personal possessions. Kirkendall told investigators she was not aware of the Q-tip, but she may have mistakenly picked it up while gathering items from a table.

The delivery charges and four counts of possession of currency during a drug crime are from allegations in September.
