NEBRASKA CITY – Roger Sterling, 55, of 106 Fourth Terrace is charged with possession of methamphetamine on Aug. 29, and a probation term for Tina Thompson, 47, of the same Nebraska City residence has been revoked.

An arrest affidavit says Nebraska City police were called to a disturbance at a Fourth Terrace residence and received consent to search Sterling’s person.

Sterling is awaiting an Oct. 22 jury trial on allegations of possession of 10 grams of methamphetamine on May 7. Police say the meth was found during a probation search of his residence.

Thompson was sentenced to probation for attempted possession following the May 7 search. Court records say her probation was revoked following a court hearing Monday. She was sentenced to 180 days.
