PLATTSMOUTH - Cass County Sheriff Wm. C Brueggemann reports an accident with airbag deployment Saturday evening at Highway 34 east of 156th St.

The sheriff reports that Avoca and Weeping Water crews responded to the rollover accident involving a BMW that went into the ditch.

The driver, an18-year-old old from Valparaiso, told deputies he overcorrected when he started to go off the road to the right and rolled on the north side of the highway.

A passenger, a 17-year-old from Raymond, was taken to Bryan West in Lincoln to be checked for injuries.
